Program attempts to protect the littlest victims

A parent constructed a die as part of a parent-child activity last week at the Ronald T.Y. Moon Judiciary Complex in Kapolei. The program is part of the Zero to Three Court, which focuses on getting neglected and abused kids into safe permanent homes as soon as possible. They are sometimes reunited with parents but more often are placed with relatives or others.
