Sailors manned the rail on the deck of the Michael Murphy on Wednesday as it passed Fort Popham on its journey down the Kennebec River near Phippsburg, Maine. The destroyer is scheduled to be commissioned in October in New York City before sailing to its home port at Pearl Harbor.
