Cody Costa walks on his family’s dairy farm in Waianae with his grandmother Donna Costa. He suffered severe burn injuries from a childhood accident, and it was on the farm that Costa recovered and learned to push past his physical limitations.

Cody Costa, 23, is an aspiring artist and an intern at a business that markets technology products for the blind. Both of Costa’s hands were amputated but he is able to draw using a computer notepad and desktop.
