Larry Price, second from left, was named a Living Treasure of Hawaii at the Honolulu Police Community Foundation’s ninth Annual Dinner on Friday at the Sheraton Waikiki. Gov. David Ige, left, Honolulu Police Chief Louis Kealoha and foundation President Lee Donohue congratulated Price before the formal presentation. Price was honored for his service as a football coach, teacher, sports announcer and 33 years as half of the “Perry & Price Show” on KSSK-FM 92.3/AM 590. Danny Kaleikini was also honored at the event.
