Central Pacific Bank has promoted Scott Kurosawa to senior vice president and senior strategic account executive from vice president and senior strategic account executive. His responsibilities include growing and managing a team portfolio of high-valued clients. Kurosawa has 28 years of experience in the banking industry, including 12 years with Central Pacific Bank.
The Hawaii Dental Association has named Kim Nguyen as its new executive director. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the nonprofitsector, including serving as Hawaii’s executive director for the American Lung Association of the Mountain Pacific and holding leadership positions at WithinReach in Seattle.
The Queen’s Medical Center has announced that Lindell Saelua is its 2016 Employee of the Year. He has 22 years’ experience at Queen’s and currently is the night shift charge nurse in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. Saelua was chosen from among 12 Employees of the Month, who represent a staff of more than 4,700 employees at The Queen’s Medical Center.
