Chef Conrad Aquino’s take on the loco moco features kalbi-seasoned bacon, a poached egg, bulgogi (Korean-style beef), kim chee-fried rice and garnishes. A variety of filled malasadas will be on the buffet line at Lychee, when it opens. They currently are available at the hotel’s breakfast buffet in the Marlin Room.
