There is a secret dungeon in the prison. Oknyo sneaks into a hidden cell within the prison. Tae Su, who has been locked up there for 20 years, cries out to Won Hyeong, asking him to end his misery. Oknyo finds out about her mother’s unfair death.

Oknyo tells Tae Su that she wants to find her mother’s killer, and shows him the ring left by her mother. The envoy from Ming becomes suspicious of the late king’s death, pledging to reveal the truth.

Jung Sun decides to finally face the truth. Sung Jun is silent when Jung Sun asks about the identity of the woman he was meeting.

In 2008, Hyeonsu and Seungyeon met as first-year university students. They joined the chorus club together and built a good relationship. Il-nam announces his retirement. Jeong-ae tells Young-jae that she really loves Il-nam and asks if that is not allowed. Young-jae is caught off guard at Jeong-ae’s sudden announcement.

Hana is so taken by the crayon that Tae-heon gave her. Yoon-hee has mixed feelings after seeing Hana in this state of mind. Il-nam and Jeong-ae are caught enjoying their time skating together.
