First Hawaiian Bank has announced the promotion of three individuals:

>> Jeffrey Ventura has been promoted to senior vice president and Main Retail Banking Region manager. He most recently managed the East/Windward Oahu Region and has 28 years of retail banking and management experience.

>> Michael Anduha has been promoted to vice president and Kalihi Banking Center manager. Anduha has 31 years of financial industry experience. He first joined the Bank in 1992 as a management trainee and has served as a business banker, consumer loan officer and small-business banker in the Loan by Phone and Dealer Centers in the Kapiolani Region and Main Banking Center.

>> Demaney Kihe has been promoted to vice president and Kapiolani Retail Banking Region manager. He has 24 years of financial services experience and most recently served as the bank’s vice president and Kailua Banking Center manager.
