Man seriously injured in Chinatown crash

An accident in Chinatown sent a 55-year-old man to the hospital in serious condition Sunday afternoon.

The motor vehicle collision happened at about 5:10 p.m. at Maunakea and North King streets, police said.

Paramedics took a 55-year-old man in serious condition. A woman was also injured, but was in stable condition, the Emergency Medical Services Division reported.

I hope no one was affected by this accident. There are always lots of pedestrians walking around shopping for produce sold on the sidewalk.
