Man charged with threatening police on Ala Moana Blvd.

A 47-year-old homelessness man was expected to make his initial appearance in District Court Monday after being charged with threatening police officers after he was stopped in the middle of traffic on Ala Moana Boulevard.

Kevin Ah You was charged on Saturday with first-degree terroristic threatening after he allegedly confronted police officers who had stopped him because he was in the middle of the road on Friday at about 2:50 p.m. 

His bail was set at $40,000.
