Man arrested for attempted murder at Aala Park
Police arrested a 60-year-old man for investigation of attempted murder Saturday after he allegedly assaulted a 29-year-old man downtown.
The suspect attacked the victim with a dangerous instrument, causing injury about 3:30 p.m. Saturday, police said.
Officers found the suspect, who does not have a local address, about an hour later at 280 N. King St., Aala Park, and arrested him for investigation of second-degree attempted murder.
