Police arrest 11 following commotion at Kapolei High
Police arrested 11 boys on suspicion of disorderly conduct following what appeared to be a series of fights at Kapolei High School today.
The boys, all Kapolei students, were released to the custody of their parents.
The commotion prompted school officials to order a lockdown of the school for several hours this afternoon.
