» The Japanese delegation to November’s Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit will be based at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki. A Page B1 article yesterday reported that Hilton’s Prince Kuhio resort could host the Japa­nese delegation. Also, in a graphic accompanying the story, the names of the Wes­tin Moana Surfrider hotel and the Sheraton Princess Kaiu­lani hotel were misspelled.

» State Sen. Sam Slom is a member of the Senate Education Committee, not vice chairman, as was reported on Page A26 yesterday.
