Roundup of homeless feared during APEC

    The state has no specific plan for dealing with the homeless in high-visibility areas during November's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference. Nick Chung is among the homeless who spent an afternoon last week on the shady walkway behind the Hawai'i Convention Center, site of the conference.
