Kanani Danielson put down 18 kills and Jane Croson added 17 as No. 10 Hawaii rallied past No. 23 Long Beach State 25-17, 21-25, 23-25, 25-19, 15-11 in tonight’s Hawaiian Airlines Classic volleyball match.
Chanteal Satele added kills and Brittany Hewitt added 12 blocks for the Wahine (5-0, 2-0 HAL). Emily Maeda anchored the defense with a match-high 18 digs.
Hawaii will play No. 12 UCLA for the tournament title Sunday at 5 p.m. Earlier today, the Bruins topped No. 22 Ohio State 25-21, 25-19, 23-25, 25-23.
