» Employees of Donaldson Enterprises Inc. were taking apart commercial-grade fireworks within a bunker at the Waikele Business Center on Pakela Street when an explosion occurred on April 8, killing five people. A Page A1 article Saturday reported that the bunker was at Waikele Self Storage.

» Catherine Choppin, who serves as a driver for the Sisters of St. Francis, moved to Hawaii last year, not Monday, as was reported in the "Incidental Lives" column on Page A2 Tuesday.

» The wood-burning oven at V-Lounge was built locally by Blaine Tomita and Alejandro "Aker" Briceno, not imported from Italy, as was reported on Page 23 of Friday’s TGIF section.
