Local residential real estate firm Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties plans to move one of its six offices on Oahu to better serve the growing region of Kapolei.
The company said it will close its Waikiki office June 1 and open a new office at Kapolei Commons in September.
About 50 agents and staff in the Waikiki office will be redeployed throughout Coldwell’s other offices in Makiki, Kahala, Kailua, Aiea and Kunia as well as the Kapolei office when it opens. Coldwell has about 450 agents on staff.
