» The Drug Enforcement Administration seized the rec­ords, bank accounts, real estate and vehicles of a pharmacist who filled some of the prescriptions written by psychiatrist Shepard Ginandes. Also, the pharmacist is still licensed to dispense noncontrolled drugs. A Page B1 story Tuesday reported the pharmacist filled all of the prescriptions, and also said his license to dispense all drugs was revoked.
