Alaska Airlines adds Kona flight
Alaska Airlines will add a route between Anchorage and Kona from November 10 through April 7, 2013.
The Anchorage-to-Kona flight will arrive at 7 p.m. Saturdays, while the Kona-to-Anchorage flight will arrive at 5:35 p.m. Sunday, local time.
Introductory one-way fares of $249 are available until June 14, for travel from Nov. 10 through Dec. 23.
Alaska Airlines also offers a seasonal flight to Maui from Nov. 4 through April 14, 2013, in addition to year-round daily service to Honolulu.
