Former financial advisor, Scott Akashi is sentenced by Judge Richard Perkins, on theft charges for ripping off Lily Ching, 88 and Hiroichi Koza, 90, by promising high returns on their money. Earlier in April, he pleaded no contest to charges that he stole more than $38,000 from the two elderly former clients. This is Akashi testifying in court and saying he is sorry for what he did.
