Man seriously injured in moped-vehicle crash in Waianae

A 53-year-old man was seriously injured Wednesday in a crash involving a moped and a vehicle in Waianae, Emergency Medical Services reported.

The accident occurred at 6:07 p.m. near Tamura’s Market in Waianae, at 86-032 Farrington Highway, EMS said.

The man was taken by ambulance to a trauma center in serious condition.
