Crews work through night to replace clipped pole on Dillingham
Power was restored to all Hawaiian Electric customers after a car hit a power pole on Dillingham Boulevard on Sunday.
About 200 customers were without power as crews worked on replacing the pole.
HECO spokeswoman Donna Mun said power was restored at 5:12 pm. The pole was damaged from a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident and a permanent replacement was installed by 1:45 a.m. this morning, she said by email.
