Police looking for suspect in kidnapping attempt of 5-year-old boy
Honolulu police are looking for a suspect who apparently tried to kidnap a 5-year-old boy Friday night.
According to police documents, the incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. in Honolulu when a man grabbed the boy and restrained him. A witness threw an object at the man, which prompted him to release the boy and flee.
Police did not release the exact location or other details.
