Homeless woman arrested in forgery case
Police solved a months-old forgery case Saturday afternoon with the arrest of a homeless woman suspected of attempting to cash a fraudulent U.S. Postal Service money order at a Wahiawa bank.
According to police records, the incident occurred Oct. 10. Police arrested the 26-year-old suspect, who has no address, at 1:40 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of second-degree forgery, according to police records.
