Woman arrested for allegedly choking 13-year-old girl
A 40-year-old Kalihi woman could be facing a domestic abuse charge after she allegedly choked a 13-year-old girl on Thursday.
The incident started as an argument at 7:30 a.m. in Moanalua. The argument escalated and the suspect allegedly choked the victim, police said.
