>> Kewby Meyer, Kamehameha ’11: The Nevada outfielder went 5-for-14 with two doubles, a homer, three RBIs and two stolen bases in a three-game sweep of San Diego State over the weekend.
>> Robert Kahana, Campbell ’11: The Kansas right-hander threw 103 pitches in a complete-game effort against TCU on Saturday, allowing three runs on nine hits with two walks and three strikeouts in a 3-1 loss.
>> Kalei Contrades, Saint Louis ’11: The San Jose State right-hander tossed 52/3 shutout innings of relief, allowing two hits and striking out three in a 4-3 win in 14 innings over UNLV on Sunday.
>> Tim Arakawa, Moanalua ’11: The Oklahoma State second baseman went 3-for-11 with a double, two walks, two runs and three RBIs in a three-game sweep of West Virginia over the weekend.
>> Jensen Park, ‘Iolani ’11: The Northern Colorado outfielder went 3-for-4 with two triples, a home run, three runs and three RBIs in a 13-5 win over Air Force last Wednesday. Park went 5-for-11 with two walks and an RBI in three losses to Seattle University over the weekend.
>> Ryan Yamane, Punahou ’11: The Northern Colorado infielder went 3-for-8 with two walks and two runs scored against Seattle.
>> Kaden Kamoe, Saint Louis ’10: The Cal State Monterey Bay center fielder went 5-for-11 with three doubles, two runs, two RBIs and a stolen base as the Otters lost three of four to Cal State East Bay over the weekend.
>> Curtis Martin, ‘Iolani ’10: The Whittier (Calif.) right-hander earned a no-decision in a 7-5 win in 10 innings over Cal Lutheran on Saturday. Martin allowed four runs on seven hits with three walks and three strikeouts in six innings.
>> Trey Saito, Mid-Pacific ’13: The Cal Lutheran freshman allowed one hit and one walk and struck out two in three scoreless innings of relief in the loss to Whittier (Calif.).
MEN’S GOLF
>> Alex Chiarella, Seabury Hall ’12: The San Diego sophomore is in a tie for eighth place at 1 under heading into Wednesday’s final round of the West Coast Conference championships in Bremerton, Wash. Chiarella shot an even-par 72 on Tuesday after opening with a 71.
>> Justin Keiley, Baldwin ’10: The Brigham Young senior is in a tie for 12th place at even par at the WCC championships after shooting a 1-over 73 on Tuesday with four birdies.
>> SeungMae Jaeng, Moanalua ’12: The Pacific (Calif.) sophomore shot a 79 on Tuesday and is in a tie for 32nd place at 8 over after two rounds of the WCC championships.
WOMEN’S GOLF
>> Alice Kim, University ’11: The Gonzaga junior holds the 36-hole lead heading into Wednesday’s final round of the WCC championships in Bremerton, Wash. Kim shot a 1-under 71 on Tuesday to get to 4 under for the tournament. She eagled the par-4 15th to help take a four-shot lead. Kim has won the past two tournaments she has played in.
>> Marissa Chow, ‘Iolani ’12: The Pepperdine sophomore is in sole possession of fourth place at 2 over heading into the final round of the WCC championships. Chow shot even par on Tuesday after opening with a 74.
>> Alina Ching, Punahou ’11: The Pepperdine junior shot 6 over on Tuesday after opening with a 1-under 71 to currently sit in a tie for eighth place at 7 over at the WCC championships.
>> Cassy Isagawa, Baldwin ’11: The Oregon junior finished in a tie for sixth place at the inaugural Silverado Showdown in Napa, Calif., on Tuesday. Isagawa, who has seven career top 10s, shot 1 under for the tournament after a final round 1-over 73.
>> Kacie Komoto, Punahou ’13: The Northwestern freshman shot a 2-over 74 in all three rounds of the Silverado Showdown to finish in a tie for 19th place at 6 over.
>> Eimi Koga, Moanalua ’13: The Washington freshman shot a 2-over 74 in the final round of the Silverado Showdown to finish in a tie for 19th place at 6 over.
>> Nani Yanagi, Waiakea ’12: The Washington State sophomore closed with a 78 on Tuesday to finish 17 over in a tie for 52nd place at the Silverado Showdown.
SOFTBALL
>> Courtney Senas, Mililani ’10: The Florida State center fielder went 3-for-5 with a homer and two runs scored in a 9-7 win in eight innings over Notre Dame on Sunday.
>> Kayla Shimoda, Punahou ’11: The Columbia (N.Y.) University junior went 4-for-12 with a home run, three walks, two RBIs and a stolen base as the Lions lost three of four against Princeton over the weekend.
>> Kylee Oshiro, Moanalua ’11: The Pacific (Ore.) catcher hit a walk-off RBI single in a 7-6 win over George Fox on Saturday. Oshiro finished 6-for-13 with two walks, a run and four RBIs to help the Boxers win three of four in the series.
>> Quirena Natividad, University ’13: The Pacific (Ore.) sophomore finished 5-for-13 with a double, homer, four runs, five RBIs, two walks and two stolen bases in four games against George Fox over the weekend.
MEN’S TRACK AND FIELD
>> Michael Teves, King Kekaulike ’12: The Pacific (Ore.) freshman scored a personal best in the decathlon at the Northwest Conference multi-event championships on Tuesday, scoring 5,041 points to finish in ninth place. Teves tied for first in the pole vault, clearing 13 feet, 7 inches, and finished sixth in the javelin, eighth in 110-meter hurdles and the 1,500-meter run, and ninth in the discus.
>> Justin Higa, ‘Iolani ’11: The Puget Sound sophomore finished third in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15 minutes, 30.98 seconds at the Washington Open on Saturday.
>> Chris Bueno, ‘Iolani ’13: The UPS freshman finished eighth in the high jump with a mark of 1.81 meters at the Washington Open.
MEN’S VOLLEYBALL
>> Josh Taylor, Punahou ’11: The Pepperdine outside hitter combined for 29 kills, five digs and four block assists in wins over Hawaii on Friday and Saturday. The Waves finished tied for first in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation and will host No. 7 seed Long Beach State in the quarterfinals of the MPSF playoffs on Saturday.
>> Jaylen Reyes, Kamehameha ’11: The Brigham Young libero had a team-high eight digs in a four-set loss to UCLA on Saturday. The Cougars are the No. 1 seed in the MPSF playoffs and will host No. 8 seed Southern California on Saturday.
>> Will Chambers, ‘Iolani ’10: The Harvard senior had eight kills, five block assists and two digs in a four-set victory over Rutgers-Newark on Saturday to close the regular season. Chambers is the school’s all-time leader with a .437 career hitting percentage.
>> Kyle Hanagami, Waiakea ’11: The Grand View (Iowa) junior was named the 2014 NAIA sportsman of the year in men’s volleyball on Tuesday. Hanagami had 43 assists in a four-set loss to Concordia-Irvine in the semifinals of the NAIA national semifinals on Saturday.
WOMEN’S WATER POLO
>> Sarina Shibata, Punahou ’12: The Villanova sophomore scored a goal in a 12-4 loss to Marist and one more in a 14-5 loss to Wagner on Saturday. The Wildcats clinched the No. 4 seed in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championships and will play top-seeded Wagner in the first round on April 26.
>> Naomi Ng, Punahou ’12: The Villanova sophomore scored twice against Marist.
>> Koral Gill, Lahainaluna ’11: The Occidental (Calif.) junior had one goal and two assists in a 7-6 win over Chapman last Wednesday and had three assists in a 12-6 victory over La Verne on Saturday.
