Man arrested for allegedly choking girlfriend
Police arrested a 29-year-old man for allegedly choking his girlfriend.
At about noon on Apr. 28, the suspect allegedly strangled his 29-year-old girlfriend by the neck and assaulted her at their apartment in Honolulu.
The victim reported the assault to police Monday. Officers arrested the suspect at his home Monday afternoon.
