Teenage escapee recaptured
A 17-year-old boy is back in custody at the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility in Kailua and is facing escape charges after being on the loose for nearly a month.
The teen left the facility on a one-day pass July 26, but failed to return, officials said.
He was picked up Thursday afternoon.
