The 5,862 square-foot space that for years housed the now-closed Keo’s Thai Cuisine in the Ambassador Hotel in Waikiki, is being marketed for lease.

The iconic restaurant closed at the end of February, leaving vacant space at the gateway to Waikiki where Kuhio and Kalakaua Avenues separate.

An adjacent, 2,207 square-foot space also is being co-marketed by the Beall Corp., whose marketing materials note that both spaces may be combined with a hallway that presently separates them, to create an approximately 8,800 square-foot space.
