» The origin of the stained glass used in the Muu­muu Heaven pop-up store at T Galleria is unknown. A Page B7 story Wednesday reported that the stained glass came from Punahou School. Also, T Galleria officials are seeking elementary schools to participate in projects such as repurposing plastic on the beach. The story said Wai­kiki Elementary was participating in related projects.

» Kelly J. Ueoka is the incoming president of the information technology provider Pacxa. He is the company’s former executive vice president. An "On the Move" item on Page B6 Thursday incorrectly used a female pronoun when referring to Ueoka.
