Closing of left-turn lane is harming businesses

    Businesses at a strip mall along Farrington Highway between Awa­lau and Awa­moku streets are having problems with traffic flow because of the closure of a vital left-turn lane into the parking lot to accommodate rail construction. The owners of Tani­oka’s Seafoods & Catering, located in the mall, are concerned for their business.
