Tseu, second from left, Tuesday for underwriting the reconstruction of the Diamond Head Parapet of the U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii. Shelley Wilson and retired Army Gen. David Bramlett talked with Shinseki and Tseu after the unveiling of a plaque dedicating the restored parapet to the memory of Tseu’s wife, BoHing Chan Tseu.
