Memorial service to honor skydiver who died in crash

Steven Wayne Rose Jr., 26, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a tandem skydiving instructor who was among five people killed in the crash of a small plane Monday on the Garden Island, will be remembered in a celebration of life at 5 p.m. today at Salt Pond Beach Park, Hanapepe.

Rose was born in Silver Spring, Md.

He is survived by wife Kaela Lynn, parents Steve and Diane, twin sister Autumn and grandparents Joseph and Kay.
