In its 14th year, the Turtle Bay Amateur will become the Turtle Bay Open. The upgraded tournament is Oct. 21-23, with professional and amateur golfers playing for $20,000 in total prizes on the Fazio and Palmer courses.
Pros begin Oct. 21 and play 54 holes for a $15,000 purse, with half going to the top five players. Amateurs, including mid-am players (25-older), seniors, women and senior women, play 36 holes on the weekend.
The event is open to all golfers with a valid USGA GHIN Handicap. The entry deadline is Oct. 15.

Entry forms are available for the 38th annual Hawaii Senior Women’s Championship, Sept. 26 at Leilehua.
The tournament is open to Hawaii State Women’s Golf Association members who are 50 or older (by Sept. 26) and all past senior champions.
The entry deadline is Monday and the field is limited to 90.

Applications are also available for the HSWGA’s members-only Stroke Play Championship, Oct. 18-19 at Mid-Pacific Country Club. Members with a GHIN handicap index of 18.0 or less are eligible. Championship flight plays with no handicap.
