Rylan Miguel caught six passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns as Na Menehune defeated Na Alii.
Moanalua scored 25 unanswered points after allowing Aiea to score first in the second quarter, including 18 straight in the second half.
With the win, Moanalua clinches the fourth seed in the OIA Blue. Aiea will be the fifth seed.

Campbell raced out to a 27-0 lead and didn’t look back to clinch its first OIA first-round bye since 2013.
Radford finishes the season winless after going undefeated in 2015 as the HHSAA Division II state champions.
The Sabers’ duo of Kawika Ulufale and Markus Ramos hooked up for three touchdowns, all in the first half.
Zach Salazar’s receiving touchdown in the second quarter was the only offensive touchdown for the Rams all season, and its first since Aug. 26 against Kaiser.
