Patrick Noah Torres is charged with seven counts of third-degree felony sexual assault, two counts of first-degree felony sexual assault, two counts of misdemeanor custodial interference and two counts of petty misdemeanor prohibitions involving minors (liquor), according to Hawaii island police.
