Chauncey Orr finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds as the Hawaii Pacific men’s basketball team remained undefeated with an 80-73 victory over Chaminade on Sunday at Neal Blaisdell Arena.

Jordan Martin and Connor Looney both added 14 points for the Sharks (8-0, 2-0 PacWest).

Rohndell Goodwin had 31 points and 12 rebounds for the Silverswords (4-4, 2-1).

Sharks topple Silverswords

VeAnne Navarro scored 22 points and Breanna Mackenzie added 15 as the Hawaii Pacific women’s basketball team beat Chaminade 92-58 on Sunday at Neal Blaisdell Arena.

The Sharks (4-2, 2-0 PacWest) finished 15-for-24 from 3-point range.

Lilia Maio scored 24 points to surpass the 1,000-point mark for the Silverswords (0-5, 0-3). Maio, a senior, now has 1,017 career points.
