Tenants cash in on vacation rentals despite risks

    Tenants can face eviction under city rules, but for some, the temptation to make money is a chance they are willing to take. It happened at 4548 Kilauea Ave., with property owner First United Methodist Church and its tenant. The city cited both on April 5.
