A 17-year-old boy was arrested Saturday after he intentionally crashed a vehicle into another vehicle in Ewa Beach, injuring several people, police said.
The boy allegedly struck the vehicle at about 5 a.m. Saturday. Several occupants of the vehicle that the boy allegedly struck reported being injured and were taken to The Queen’s Medical Center West for treatment of minor injuries, police said.
Police said there were four victims, all men ages 22 to 24.
The boy was arrested about an hour later for investigation of first-degree criminal property damage. He was released four hours later pending investigation.
Attack investigated as murder attempt
A 64-year-old man was arrested Saturday for investigation of attempted murder after he injured another man in Waianae, police said.
The suspect used an unspecified weapon to cause injuries to the 53-year-old victim at about 10:15 p.m.
Emergency responders treated the victim and took him to a hospital in serious condition.
Police arrested the suspect about 11 p.m. near Waianae Boat Harbor for investigation of second-degree attempted murder.
Man arrested on suspicion of sexual assault
Police arrested a 51-year-old man Friday for investigation of sexual assault after a witness reported seeing him possibly sexually assaulting a 35-year-old woman in Kailua.
Police said the witness reported that the incident happened at about 8:10 a.m. Friday.
The man and the woman had been drinking, and the witness, a friend of the woman, found them both asleep in a compromising position, police said.
The man was arrested about 1 p.m. Friday in Kailua for investigation of first-degree sexual assault and third-degree assault. An investigation is continuing.
