Japanese royal couple makes rounds starting with cultural center

    Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko admired a Hawaiian quilt Tuesday in the Holt Gallery of the Honolulu Museum of Art. With them was museum Director Sean O’Harrow.

The Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii was full of hustle and bustle Tuesday in preparation for a morning visit by Prince Akishino, the second son of Japan’s Emperor Akihito, and his wife, Princess Kiko. Read more
