Now that the American Bar Association (ABA) has counseled, along with U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake, that there should be an FBI investigation of Brett Kavanaugh before a final vote is taken — something President Donald Trump and the Senate Judiciary Committee had resisted — one wonders if Kavanaugh will now harbor the suspicion that the ABA is also tainted by the left’s anger over the results of the 2016 presidential election: another “con job,” as his mentor Trump bellowed at his recent press conference.
