Under the presumption of innocence, Brett Kavanaugh should not be declared innocent of attempted rape unless a full and complete investigation is conducted. What the Republican-controlled Senate Judiciary Committee is doing regarding the FBI probe is not a full and complete investigation.
Until a full and complete investigation is done, Kavanaugh will attempt to have his cake and eat it, too.
