I am supportive of U.S. Sen. Mazie Hirono for her leadership role on the Senate Judiciary Committee. I suggest that we refrain from criticizing her, as she is working with Republican men who are supporting President Donald Trump’s anti-democratic double standards. As I have listened to some of their comments, I myself would do more than to tell them to shut up. I would slap their faces. They need to listen to women.

The Republican leaders such as Trump and U.S. Sens. Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham should follow the motto of the 2018 Hawaii Little League baseball team: “We > Me.” They should play fair and stop playing party politics. They need some coaching on teamwork.
