Recently I attended a ceremony at the Pearl Harbor visitors center. It was a solemn military occasion that was constantly interrupted by helicopters flying over every few minutes.
Who allows this practice? It is a military-controlled airspace, and the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument. Not too long ago a helicopter crashed near the monument, endangering many people.
What will it take to end this unnecessary and unsafe practice?
