I just want to note that the entire Hawaii Legislature has not given anyone here a chance to participate in the lottery.
I’ve read plenty about folks who don’t want it in Hawaii.
We are losing education and road funds enjoyed by states that participate in the lottery.
I can’t help but think Las Vegas does not want our state to have a lottery because of all the junkets going from Hawaii daily.
Put it on a ballot. I want to play and so do many others, I’m sure.
