The 35 mph posted speed limits on the Pali Highway through Nuuanu and on Kailua Road heading into Kailua should be lowered to 25 mph. Then everyone would drive at 35 mph (10 mph over the posted speed limit), making it somewhat safer for pedestrians and local residential traffic.
