Heavy rain on Oahu triggers flooding and prompts closures

Kahaluu resident Jeff Juett cleared his driveway of silt and rockdebris brought down by the heavy rain. He shoveled the muddy debris out of the water and cleared a small channel forthe water to drain from the driveway.
