I love dogs but I do agree that dogs do not belong in restaurants, nor do they belong in shopping carts. The drool, the dirty ground they walked on and their tongues have germs that transfer to the shopping cart. This transfers to people touching the cart and so on.
What are the policies of the stores that allow this or turn a blind eye because no one has complained?
