Congress should initiate the process to impeach President Donald Trump. Even if it is unlikely that impeachment will succeed because of the partisan politics in Washington, D.C., it will give a public airing of Trump’s involvement in Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. The public can decide for itself whether he acted appropriately and choose to vote for or against his candidacy for president in 2020.
