The mayor has refused to sign the “monster house” bill, which tells us a lot about enforcement. Although it becomes law without his signature, without enforcement the law is worthless.
The mayor won’t even keep access open to the beach in Hawaii Kai, so how can the monster house bill have any action? We need a change in management.
Unless action starts taking place, we should get ready to endure more monster houses popping up in more places. Sad situation.
